No. Running a Buyer Match — entering your property and asking price, and seeing how many registered buyers fit — is free, and so is a public display listing on Yelsa Display. If you want to go directly to those buyers before you launch a public campaign, that is $89 on the DIY path. One charge, and it lets you invite that property's matched buyers indefinitely: every buyer who matches it, today and as new ones appear. The same price everywhere in New Zealand. The success fee ($1,000 incl. GST) is only paid when a matched buyer actually buys.
No, and there is no catch. Every listing comes with a set of ads built from your own photos, captions written from your own description, and a listing link that previews properly wherever you paste it. Other people charge thousands for exactly this. It costs us almost nothing to produce, and every time you share it more people see Yelsa, so charging you for it would be taxing our own growth.
